TENDER NOTICE FOR HIRING OF SECURITY SERVICES AT HIMSR & HAHC HOSPITAL

Sealed tenders are invited in two bid systems from reputed & experienced, agencies for hiring of security services at HIMSR & HAHC Hospital. Preference will be given to those agencies, who have experience in the same field in universities, colleges and educational institutions. The details of N.I.T and necessary tender documents and details are available on the university website: www.himsr.co.in. The tender should be dropped in the tender box in the Purchase Section 9th floor, HAHC Hospital Block-B on or before 10.07.2024 up to 2.00 p.m.

Tenders will be opened on same day i.e. 10.07.2024 at 3.00 P.M. by a Committee in presence of available interested agencies/representatives of the firms.

HIMSR reserves the right to accept or reject any or whole tender without giving any reason whatsoever.
