TENDER FOR DIETARY SERVICES AT HAHC HOSPITAL
HIMSR invites sealed tenders for dietary services at the 710-bed Hakeem Abdul Hameed Centenary Hospital of the Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (HIMSR) for indoor patients.
Experienced entities having a strong track record of operating kitchens in central or state government institutions, reputable private hospitals, autonomous bodies, or educational institutions are invited to submit their tenders to provide dietary services or kitchen facilities for in-house patients at HAHC Hospital.
The details of N.I.T. and the necessary tender documents and details are available on the HIMSR website: www.himsr.co.in.
Sealed tenders must be deposited in the Tender Box located in the Purchase Section, 9th floor, Block-B, HAHC Hospital, by 2:00 p.m. on or before October 17, 2024.The tender opening will take place on the same day, at 3:00 p.m. by a designated committee.
Please Note: Applicants who have already submitted a tender application in response to our previous dietary services tender advertisement are not required to resubmit their application. If you wish to make any changes or amendments to your original submission, you are welcome to do so by submitting a new tender application. Please note that any new submission will be treated as a separate and distinct application from the original one.
HIMSR reserves the right to accept or reject any whole tender without giving any reason whatsoever.
