NOTICE INVITING TENDER
HIMSR, New Delhi invites sealed bids in two bid system (Technical Bid & Financial Bill) from Registered Contractors at Govt./Semi Govt./State Govt. Departments/Higher Educational Institutions or Working Agencies at HIMSR for the below mentioned work.
Name of work : Repairing & Painting Works (Interior & Exterior) of ‘A’ Block, HAH Centenary Hospital, HIMSR, Guru Ravidas Marg, Hamdard Nagar, New Delhi-110062
Earnest money : Rs. 1,50,000.00 (Rupees one lakh fifty thousand)
Tender fee : Rs. 1,000.00 (Rupees one thousand)
Completion time : 45 days
Issue of tender document : 18th May 2022
Last date of submission : 25th May 2022
The bids duly filled should be dropped in the Tender Box kept at 9th Floor HAH Centenary Hospital ‘B’ Block on or before 25th May 2022 up to 3.30 PM along with demand draft of Tender fee & Earnest Money in sealed envelope clearly specifying the name of work. The DDs shall be in favour of “HIMSR” payable at New Delhi. The Technical bids shall be opened on same day i.e. 25th May 2022 at 4 PM by the Bids opening committee in the presence of available interested parties in the Office of the Medical Superintendent.
In case the required procedure is not followed, the Bids can be rejected. HIMSR reserves the right to reject any or all Bids without assigning any reason whatsoever.
