The interested agencies should submit the tender documents in sealed envelopes in the Tender Box placed on the Ground Floor, Foyer, HIMSR Building, New Delhi by the last date of submission of tender. The earnest & tender fee shall be submitted by the way of a Demand Draft (D.D) in the favor of “HIMSR” payable at “New Delhi”.

- HIMSR reserves the right to reject any or all quotations/tenders or split the quotations/tenders without assigning any reason.
- The closed quotation/tenders should be addressed to the Dean HIMSR, New Delhi-110062 duly superscripted as“Tender for Housekeeping Services at HIMSR Building and two Health Centers (RHTC and UHTC)”.
