Notice Inviting Tender washing and ironing of linen in HIMSR & HAHC Hospital

HIMSR & associated Hakeem Abdul Hameed Centenary Hospital invites sealed tenders under two bid system (Technical & Financial) from registered and reputed, experienced and qualified Outsourcing agencies for providing 24*7 washing and ironing of linen in HIMSR & HAHC Hospital. The interested Companies/Firms/Agencies who are in similar business may send their bids (Technical & Financial) on the basis of the technical specifications attached in Annexure

1.

Schedule for submission of tender is mentioned below:

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO TENDERERS

1. The sealed envelopes of technical and financial bids are to be dropped in the tender box, 9^th Floor B- Block, HAHC Hospital up till 03:00 PM of 20^th June, 2022.
2. Preference may be given to those agencies who have experience of providing laundry services in Hospitals.
3. Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences and Research shall reserve the right to bi-furcate the whole work, allot to more than one contractor or reject any/all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
4. The documents should be numbered and indicate pages nos. in an index for reference of attached documents.
5. Tenderers need to submit tender cost of Rs.1,000/- (non-refundable) in form of Demand Draft in favor of HIMSR, New Delhi.
