NOTICE INVITING TENDER
Sealed tender bids are hereby invited on behalf of HIMSR from experienced and interested agencies/parties/contractors.
Name of the work : Design, erection, testing commissioning of 10 KLD Effluent Treatment Plant at HAH Centenary Hospital, HIMSR, Guru Ravidas Marg, Hamdard Nagar, New Delhi-110 062
Tender Fee : Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees one thousand)
Earnest Money Deposit : Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand)
Completion Time : 30 days
Issue of Tender Document : 18th July 2022
Last Date of Submission : 26th July 2022
- The Contractors having relevant experience in such field may download tender documents from the institute’s official website himsr.co.in and submit the same along with the prescribed EMD and Tender Fee in favor of “HIMSR” payable at New Delhi, in the tender box kept at 9th floor of HAHC Hospital ‘B’ Block on or before 26th July 2022 at 2:30 PM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 3:00 PM. Tenders without EMD & Tender Fee shall be summarily rejected.
- Intending tenderers should have valid registration with GST and related authorities.
- The intending tenderers should have satisfactorily completed similar nature of work means development/erection of ETP/STP or similar Plants etc. in reputed institutions, organizations hospitals etc.
- HIMSR reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof and also not bound to accept lowest tender. Tenders in whom any of the prescribed conditions are not fulfilled or found incomplete in any respect are liable to be rejected.
- Canvassing whether directly or indirectly in connection with tender is strictly prohibited and the tender submitted by the contractors who resort canvassing will be liable to be rejected.
