CIRCULAR
In order to record the stocks available as on 31st March, 2019 in centers, stores, HIMSR Pharmacy, Sub-stores, Maintenance store etc physical verification of the stocks is to be conducted. The teams have been constituted. The schedule for conducting this physical verification is also given in the Annexure (Part-A)
All the concerned departments are requested to facilitate the smooth physical verification of the stock and also keep the information ready as per Annexure (Part-B)
