We are looking for the following positions (Eligible candidates are invited to apply for this post at HIMSR on contractual basis).

1. | Fireman-02 | Ø Diploma in Fire and Safety Management.
Ø 1-2 years of experience in fire safety training and drills/ Preferably experienced in Healthcare Industry. Ø Additional Skill: Candidate must be knowledgeable expert in their filed and possess excellent communication skills in order to maintain fire safety and adequately educate others. |

2. | Junior Dietician-03 | Ø M.Sc. / B.Sc. (Nutrition and dietetics) / PG Diploma in Nutrition and dietetics.
Ø Minimum 02 years of experience in a relevant field. |

Job Responsibilities

Ø Attend to all the OPD Consultation referrals.
Ø Assess the nutritional status and nutritional needs of the OPD patient. Ø Prepare the diet plan on the basis of the condition of the patient. Ø Changing the diet plan according to the request of the patient if appropriate. Ø Continuous monitoring of the quality of the food provided in the wards and also the cafeteria food for the patient attendants and others. Ø Consultation with the patients to prevent nutrition related diseases. Ø Coordinate with the treating doctors and other staff about the diet plan of the patient. Ø Overseeing the daily assessment of the dietary needs and evaluation of the diet plan of inpatients done by the Junior Dieticians. Ø Overseeing the work of the F & B executive. |

3. | Patient Care Coordinator-01 | Ø MBA in Health Care Management/ Hospital Management.
Ø Minimum 01 year of experience in Hospital. |

Job Responsibilities

Ø Management of care with respect to inpatients and OPD patients.
Ø Coordinating with the patient care programs. Ø Education and orient the patients, their attendants about the type of care provided, the providers and their credentials, and the cost involved. Ø Liaison between the patients and the hospital staff. Ø Regular patient rounds and review of the documentation in respect to the care provided to the patient. Ø Is a member of the interdisciplinary team and assesses the effectiveness of care. Ø Continuous monitoring of the processes and prevent duplication of the services. Ø Educate and prepare the patient about the available treatment options. Ø Counselling of the patient and their attendants in case of change of the treatment plan due to emergency situations. Ø Participation in the quality assurance programs and promote practices according to the standards. |
